This site is located on the Middle Grounds (Island) in the Saginaw River accross the street from the Bay City Boys & Girls Club north of Lafayette Ave.  This road is also M0-13/M-84. There is a low floating dock that is ideal for launching Kayaks.  Picnic areas and toilets are available at Biglow Park just north of the site.

Parking Lot parking is available.

Carry-In boat access.

Length of access is less than 50 yards.
