The park itself is maintained and offers many amenities however a seawall type impediment separates the park from the water's edge. there is a wide enough shoreline to launch and land a kayak, but in order to transport the kayak from the water's edge into and out of the park the kayak would have to be lifted over the seawall type structure which is approximately 4 feet tall.

The sign for this site is along the road (visible from road).
